For pool service companies

An AI receptionist for pool service companies, answering while your techs run the route

Your techs are elbow-deep in a filter or halfway across town when the phone rings. Rample answers, finds out the pool and what's wrong with it, books the visit or takes the repair request, and treats a safety call like the emergency it is.

Opening season fills the phone

From April through August the calls stack up: openings, green pools before a party, a pump that quit. Every one comes in while someone is on a route, and a homeowner with a green pool doesn't wait for a call back.

How Rample answers your phone

Keep your number and forward calls to Rample, or use the local number Rample sets up for you. On that number it rings you first during working hours and picks up if you can't, and it answers straight away after hours.

  • It asks whether the pool is in-ground or above-ground, roughly how big it is, the address, and whether they want a one-time visit or regular service.
  • It books standard visits on your schedule and leaves travel time between stops.
  • Repairs and green pools become a request for you to look at and quote, rather than a price it guesses at.
  • It never gives chemical or dosing advice.

Safety calls come first

If a caller describes someone hurt in the water, a shock from the pool or a missing drain cover, Rample tells them to call 911, to get everyone out of the water without touching metal and to keep them out until it's fixed, and it alerts you at once. Chemical exposure gets the Poison Control number. A pump failure or a green pool before an event is flagged to you as urgent.

Quotes for repairs and green-to-clean jobs

A green pool rarely clears in one visit; PoolPro magazine puts heavy green cleanups at three to six visits. Rample turns those calls and website requests into a draft quote you review and send, and the customer approves it online.

Billing weekly customers

Bill regular customers as a monthly membership or with weekly or monthly recurring invoices, paid by card once you connect Stripe. Customers get a reminder before each visit with a link to move it, and after the job a text (if they agreed to texts) asking for a Google review.

On the Receptionist + Marketing plan, Rample also watches the forecast for heat waves and freezes in your area and flags them, so openings and freeze-protection calls don't catch you off guard.

What it costs

Receptionist is $149 a month: the phone agent, booking, quotes, invoices, memberships, reminders and review requests. Receptionist + Marketing is $449 a month and adds booking by text, weekly social posts and the weather alerts. Paid yearly, they come to $89 and $269 a month, whatever the number of pools on your route.
