Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Rample AI, Inc (“Rample”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of Rample. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Rample does
Rample gives a service business the software to run itself: a generated website and booking page, scheduling, invoicing and quotes, customer messaging, and marketing tools that draft content and surface leads. We provide the software. We do not perform the trade work, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your permission. You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the business you register.
3. Subscription
Rample is sold as three subscription plans, each billed either monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is paid up front for the whole year, at about 40% less than twelve monthly payments:
- Receptionist: $149 per month, or $1,068 per year paid up front. 1 admin + 5 staff seats.
- Receptionist + Marketing: $449 per month, or $3,228 per year paid up front. 3 admin + 20 staff seats.
- Receptionist + Marketing + Leads: $749 per month, or $5,388 per year paid up front. 10 admin + 50 staff seats.
A seat is one person's login. An admin seat opens the full dashboard and includes the account owner; a staff seat opens the staff view. People who only appear on your schedule and never sign in do not use a seat. If you move to a plan with fewer seats, nobody already on your team loses access, but you cannot add anyone to a kind of seat that is already full.
What each plan includes is described on our website and in your account. Enterprise plans are agreed with us in writing. Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar tax, which is added where the law requires it.
The plan and billing period you choose are the ones you are charged for. Payment details are collected when you set up your account, before you reach the dashboard. Every plan, monthly or yearly, starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan you chose: we place no charge during your first 7 days. On day 8 your card is charged for your first billing period, and the subscription then renews each month or each year, matching the billing period you chose, until you cancel. Cancel before day 8 and you are never charged. The free trial applies to your first subscription only. There is no free tier.
To cancel, open Settings, then Account, and choose Manage billing, or email admin@rample.ai. Canceling stops the next charge.
You can change plan or billing period in Manage billing. Moving to a higher plan takes effect straight away. Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a lower plan covers fewer people than your team has, nobody is removed, but you cannot add anyone until you are within the plan's limit.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give you notice by email before any change to the price.
4. Your customers' data
The customer records, bookings and messages you store in Rample belong to you. We process that data on your behalf to run the service, and we do not use it to market to your customers on our own account. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and for honoring your customers' privacy requests.
You can export your data at any time, and on request when you leave.
5. Payments
Where you take card payments, those are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own agreement with you. We do not hold your funds. Chargebacks, refunds and disputes with your customers are between you, your customer and Stripe.
6. Licensing, insurance and compliance
Holding the licenses, permits, bonds and insurance your trade and jurisdiction require is your responsibility. The compliance checklist in Rample is a prompt, not legal advice, and is not a substitute for checking with your state or municipality.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything published on your site, including any claim about being licensed, bonded or insured.
7. AI-generated content
Rample drafts website copy, posts, emails and suggestions using automated systems. The output is a starting point and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published or sent to a customer.
8. Messaging and email
When you send email or text through Rample you are the sender. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and must comply with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and equivalent rules where you operate. We may suspend sending from an account that generates significant spam complaints, because doing so protects delivery for everyone else.
If you receive texts from a business that uses Rample: those messages are about your own appointments with that business, such as confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, changes and estimates. You receive them only if you agreed to, by checking the text message box on the business's booking page or by saying yes when asked during a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, or email admin@rample.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How your number is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Rample to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to publish content you have no right to, or to attempt to gain access to other accounts or our systems.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of a material change that affects you.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless prevented by law.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rample is provided as-is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
